iizy+ Subscription Terms

iizy is operated by Kirabo Prosper Ruth, based in Uganda. Support, privacy requests and complaints: kiraboprosperofficial@gmail.com.

iizy+ is an optional subscription for expanded customization, capacity, insights and premium planning experiences. Essential privacy, account security, reporting, blocking, age safeguards, data export/deletion and core wellbeing controls are not paywalled.

iizy+ Monthly has a USD base price of $3.99/month. Applicable taxes and regional currency prices may vary; review the final amount before purchase. Android purchases use Google Play. Browser purchases use Paddle when web checkout is enabled; Paddle is merchant of record and its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy govern its transactions. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled through your billing provider. RevenueCat links subscription status to your iizy account.

No free trial or annual purchase is included unless expressly offered with its terms at checkout. Any offer must disclose eligibility, billing period and post-offer price before confirmation.

Cancel at any time in Google Play Subscriptions or, for Paddle purchases, through the management link in your receipt or paddle.net. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent that charge. Access normally continues through the paid period. Uninstalling iizy or deleting your account does not cancel billing. Restore Purchases on Android or Refresh membership reconnects eligible paid access. Sign in to the account linked to your purchase. Provider notices and required consent apply to price changes; feature changes do not remove consumer rights.

Purchases by minors are subject to app-store family controls, authorization requirements and iizy’s age policy. Paying for iizy+ never bypasses guardian consent or safety restrictions.

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase, subject to the Refund Policy; approval is not automatic. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. For Paddle purchases, use the receipt support link or paddle.net. For Google Play purchases, use Google Play refund support. Contact kiraboprosperofficial@gmail.com about access problems with the transaction reference; never send passwords or payment-card details.
