Terms of Service

iizy is operated by Kirabo Prosper Ruth, based in Uganda. Support, privacy requests and complaints: kiraboprosperofficial@gmail.com.

By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms and the incorporated policies. Age eligibility and guardian permission depend on iizy’s configured country policy. Do not misrepresent age or consent authority. Use only capabilities available to your age and consent state; do not evade protective restrictions.

Provide accurate information, protect your login and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law says otherwise. We may restrict accounts to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law.

You retain ownership of content you create. You give iizy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce and display it only as needed to provide the service in accordance with your visibility settings. This permission does not authorize publication of private content for marketing. This license ends when content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal retention and content others have independently reshared.

• Only upload content you have permission to use.
• Do not expose another person’s private information.
• Public content may be copied by other users despite our controls.

You must follow the Community Guidelines. We may remove content, reduce distribution, suspend features or close accounts when reasonably necessary. You may contact support to challenge a moderation decision. Serious child-safety matters may be preserved or reported where legally required.

iizy+ Monthly has a USD base price of $3.99/month. Applicable tax and regional currency prices are shown before purchase. Android purchases use Google Play; browser purchases use Paddle when web checkout is enabled. Paddle is merchant of record for its transactions. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled through the billing provider. Deleting your account or uninstalling iizy does not cancel billing. Access normally continues until the paid period ends unless a refund, reversal or applicable law changes this. Subscription Terms and the Refund Policy apply.

The service will evolve and features may change. We do not promise uninterrupted operation. Wellbeing, cycle, budget and productivity features are informational tools and do not provide professional advice, diagnosis, contraception guidance, fertility guarantees or emergency services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iizy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or user conduct. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. These service Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, subject to mandatory consumer protections and access to courts available in your place of residence. Contact support to try to resolve disputes. Paddle’s separate buyer terms govern its purchase transactions. No mandatory consumer remedies are waived.

You may delete your account in Settings. We may end access for serious or repeated violations; contact support to challenge a moderation decision. Account deletion does not cancel billing. We publish material updates with a new effective date and provide notice or request renewed agreement where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. If you disagree, you may stop using the service and cancel future renewal through your billing provider.
